True Blue adds more and more value to your stay

From December 1st 2011, every guest staying at True Blue will receive a specially designed True Value Pack containing coupons for FREE activities, discounts and special promotions. Coupons include discounts for the new Le Conch Spa at True Blue Bay. Vouchers for FREE yoga, kayaking, sailing, cooking lessons, rum tasting, bottles of wine at prestigious restaurants and many more are also included.

Starting December 1st, Le Conch Spa is joining our True Blue family. Joanne Davison, already well known in Grenada for providing excellent professional service, is opening her second branch at True Blue Bay. Be ready to be totally pampered on your next visit. Offering manicure, pedicure, a range of massages and facial treatments, non-surgical face lifts, body wraps and waxing.

Welcome Chef Gary

Chef Gary Birkett, originally from Liverpool, has joined our Dodgy Dock Restaurant team at True Blue Bay. He is a very experienced international chef that has decided make Grenada his home and Dodgy Dock the place where he will delight our guests with his distinctive creations using only the best local fresh produce. His menus have already been tempting many of our hotel guests and local clients.

Daily menus include: Callaloo & Cheddar Cheese Soufflé, Sweet Potato and Goat Cheese Croquette, Fish and Bakes, Spiced Chocolate Pot, and Passion Fruit Tart to name a few.

Omega and Esther's Cooking Class

Every Thursday at 3 pm our cooks, Esther and Omega, teach you some of their not too secret techniques and recipes to create delicious Caribbean dishes, free to all our in-house guests and EC$10 charge to outside guests. This fun and interactive cooking session has proved extremely successful with Grenada visitors. Esther and Omega’s lovely island sense of humor together with their knowledge of local products and cooking methods have made this cooking class an informative and entertaining time for visitors. Rum tasting and story telling

From December, our local Rum Tasting session will start at the Dodgy Dock Bar. Be prepared to taste the most popular rums and learn how to create exotic tropical cocktails with our prize winning bartenders, Derek and Akim. Sip cocktails and listen to old time folk stories of Grenada, narrated by local writer Esther O'Neale. Take the chance to get an autographed copy of her lovely books.

Mermaids

Aquanauts Grenada and True Blue have acquired a selection of mermaid tails for guests that are interested in experiencing mermaid swimming. Merkids, mermaids and mermen, all can try and experience this fun activity free to in-house guests.

4th Annual True Blue Easter Bazaar

Saturday April 7th experience the best selection of Grenada arts and crafts, right at True Blue Waterfront. Now a Grenada tradition, this fun event helps promote local creations and is a great opportunity to find fabulous and unusual gifts and Grenada souvenirs for the whole family.

Mini Arawak Museum
