Anne and I had a fabulous time in Grenada and our stay at True Blue was truly memorable. The room was excellent as were all the facilities but I could never say enough about the staff - they were fantastic! I'm trying to remember their names (it was a year ago we there) but the barman (Floyd?), the receptionists, the breakfast waiter (Wayne or Daniel, not sure), everyone, were so pleasant, kind and helpful. I especially enjoyed my morning hug from Omega!!!! She's lovely.
We are coming to Grenada on February 17th for a week. Unfortunately we left it late to book and there were no vacancies at True Blue so we will miss out on the best hospitality we have ever experienced. We will come along for a cocktail at the Dodgy Dock one evening though and hopefully we will meet up with some of the people we met on our last trip to Grenada.

Many thanks for following up to ascertain the outcome of my stay at True Blue Bay Resorts. It was a short trip but I certainly enjoyed my stay. The staff at the reception desk and in the restaurant have all be marvelous and truly courteous. No doubt products of a training regime at the Resort, for which the management team must also be commended.

People are very interested in hearing about the beauty of Grenada and it's people. We are telling all of our friends they should put your island first on their wish list for visiting. I am forever changed by the lovely manner of all of the people we met and who welcomed us so graciously. When we walked off the plane into the Miami airport I cringed at the rushing and carelessness of my country's people -- wanted to dash back onto a plane and head for Grenada and one of Omega's safe and enveloping hugs! Of course, many people here are loving and caring. We have good friends, but we are actively figuring out how to spend a significant amount of time each winter with all of you.
So, stay in touch. I will be contacting you as soon as we figure out whether we can return end of March/beginning of April.

I had a great time over there. I really appreciated the friendship all of you share with your clients. I told David, that I was treated with lots of care and I felt as if I was home with my family.
I know I will be back, just not sure yet when. Please say thank you again to Milo ? another unusual name to remember. His transportation service were great. I had a wonderful 5 hours tour which I appreciated very much.
Thank you to all of you. I am a business women and I know that the best way to take care of your business is to take good care of your employees and your clients.

I had a wonderful time at True Blue Bay and Grenada. I can not wait to come back. I do have a few concerns and praises I would like to share with you and Russ/Magdalena. Though I arranged prior to my arrival for a taxi to be waiting for me, when I arrived there was no taxi waiting. I had to wait to find one and I was concerned that I was going in a taxi to an unfamiliar location with someone that I didn't know. Thankfully, the driver knew True Blue Bay and I didn't have any trouble getting there. I truly enjoyed my stay and I plan on staying with you again when I visit Grenada again so I hope my concerns will be addressed before my return.
I have many positive things to say as well though. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff were all very helpful, nice, and wonderful. Whenever I passed someone they always asked how I was, if I needed anything and just a friendly hello! The gentleman who drove me to the beach was wonderful! He told me about Grenada on our drive, gave me some shopping tips and even suggested that instead of picking me up at the beach that he pick me up at the Spiceland Mall instead so that I can shop before I returned. If he hadn't done this I would have never known to go over there. He was also very prompt and friendly! The dinning room staff at breakfast was equally warm and friendly. The woman who made the omelets was awesome. She was super nice and made one heck of an omelet! My room was wonderful and clean. The pools were relaxing and clean as well. The grounds are taken care of wonderfully!

A pity we were not able to stay longer. the hospitality and accommodation were so memorable that we will certainly come again. I had a wonderful stay and will be back-Grenada is fantastic. I loved the friendliness of everyone I met-I loved the spices, fruits, jungle walks, scenery... I live on Curacao which is also great- same weather, but very different in many respects....
Next time I want to charter a yacht for a few days...

Having decided for the first time in our lives to be away from home and family at Christmas, we were naturally anxious as to whether it would work out or not. All four of us, and Caroline and her son Kris, felt within a day of arrival at True Blue, that things were going to be fine. As it turned out, things were more than fine, they were fantastic, we had the best Christmas ever! Grenada is beautiful, and True Blue, with it's relaxed atmosphere and charm, is great, but you, and the rest of the staff are what made our time on the island special. The owners should be proud of the staff they employ, it will be because of them, as much as anything else, that will bring Harriet and I back again as soon as possible. Please give my regards to Randy, I was sad to have missed him on our last morning, tell him I will be dining out for months on the story of Harriet being chatted up on the bus, he will know what I mean! Hope things are busy, happy 2011,

We finally arrived home on Wednesday 29th December. We are still feeling the affects of jet lag and holiday blues.
We were really impressed with the facilities at the resort however, the customer service we received at the resort was exceptional.
We would like to say a thank you to all the staff who made our short stay at the resort pleasurable and trouble free,

I am writing to commend you on your hotel and your wonderful employees. My cousin and I recently stayed in one of your Bayview rooms while doing an article on Grenada and the SCUBA diving around your waters for X-Ray magazine. Your generosity and hospitality deserves our highest praise. Our room was beautiful; the grounds, pools, restaurants and views superb and I will certainly relay that in our article. Binta was great, always helpful and ready to please, as was every employee. We especially liked waking up to your wonderful breakfast of fresh fruits, pastries and made-to-order omelets. If we find ourselves back in the Spice Island we will certainly be making True Blue Bay our home away from home and recommend your resort to anyone who visits Grenada. Thank you again. We had an absolutely wonderful time visiting True Blue Bay and Grenada, and you had a lot to do with that, with your cheery demeanor and assistance. The pleasure was ours.
True Blue Bay and all of you were a highlight of our trip. We've never been so taken care of. Everyone there is just so friendly and nice. Loved our stay there. Barbados is beautiful but we found the people not so friendly. Nothing like Grenadians!
Anyway, thank you again for everything. We have so many places to travel, but who knows, we may find ourselves back in Grenada sooner than we think.

Staying at True Blue is always a delight; ALL of the staff are incredibly friendly, like one big family, we're so used to people being miserable in England, it is a real lesson coming to Grenada! Yes, we'll see you again at the season's end!

Derek and I had the most wonderful stay at True Blue in Tower Room 37. We could not have stayed anywhere more beautiful. The room was amazing and the view spectacular. Even the building works did not interfere with our experience. I look forward to seeing the new waterfront rooms when they are complete. The only thing I could think of which would improve the stay would be if the tea and coffee had been refilled everyday as we had to go and buy some up the road. Only a minor point I know but just thought I would mention it. Everything was superb and we are looking to come back out around April 24th 2011 and to stay for 3 weeks!

I had a great stay. The US. State Department had me on a rigorous schedule, so I did not get to avail myself of even your breakfasts. But I slept well, and enjoyed the balcony when I had the chance. Hope to return some time.
