Thank you for the mail. As usual I had a good time at True Blue and looking forward to seeing you in a few weeks when I am back down. I think I have pretty much stayed in each of the different room types ( with the exception of 1) my favorite so far is the True Blue rooms so I think for my next visit I might ask to stay there again. I can't think of anything in terms of improvements right now but will let you know.

Thank you for your follow up letter. Having never been to the property, and booking it after reading about it on the net, it was a most pleasant surprise for my crew and myself. I chose it because of the proximity to Spice Island Marine, where we hauled out our catamaran for maintenance, and also as the girl I spoke to on the phone, Amanda, kindly pointed out that you had a villa suitable for our group of 6. We were very comfortable there, and very happy with the room, the service, and the facilities. The decor, size, layout and amenities were all very good. The only negative was the plunge pool, which was not very inviting - I reported it and it was cleaned and re filled, unfortunately too late for us to use but that was OK. The wireless internet service was a bit unpredictable as well. We only dined in the restaurant once, but everything was very enjoyable, the chef even came out to our table to explain his technique in preparing the fish that I had, about which I was curious - I will try it at home. Breakfast staff was very nice and the choices exceeded our expectations. There was one staff member dressed in a purple and white uniform that we decided MUST be Miss Grenada, and we are still talking about her! I will definitely return to stay, it would be nice to be on vacation next time! I am in the service business myself, so appreciate the effort that goes in to what you have achieved. Please convey my compliments to the owners, and also to all the staff members - it felt like a "home away from home" and that is probably the best compliment you can get in this business.

Both my wife and I are happy to report a wonderful time in Grenada. We especially enjoyed the first class attention provided by yourself and the entire staff of the fine True Blue Bay Resort. Please thank each of the many employees who contributed to our pleasureful stay, sorry I am unable to name them all. Additionally, you choice of Kennedy Tours to introduce us to the island was perfect. Mr. Kennedy is a very well informed gentleman with a magnificent attitude.

We had a wonderful stay at your resort--it is such a charming place!! The apartments were great. We loved the balcony overlooking the marina and the Horizon Yacht Charter sailboat we called home for a week. It was so nice to come back to the resort for a last night of swimming in the pools and relaxing before having to fly home (we were soooo sad to leave the beautiful Grenadine Islands and the fascinating island of Grenada.) Our daughter wants to come back for Christmas!! In spite of the fact that she's only 10 and doesn't quite get the financial impact of the whole vacation thing, I think it's a great idea!! We would definitely look to returning to True Blue Bay Resort and Horizon Yacht Charters for our next Grenadine adventure! Thanks to all the staff there for making our holiday so enjoyable!

I did enjoyed my stay at the True Blue Bay Resort, I found your staff from the time I checked in at your resort to be very helpful, attentive and exceptionally pleasant. I have been to other hotels and resorts across the Caribbean and to be honest I have never gotten customer service as I received at your resort. Everyone I encountered at you resort was so helpful I felt that I were the only one who was there and was getting all the attention. Congratulations, on a well trained staff, and I will be recommending your place to all my family and friends who will be looking for a place to stay in Grenda when they come to visit.

Hi Binta thanks for the e-mail, we finally got back yesterday. We had a brilliant time as usual and we will certainly be coming back. We were just discussing it this evening, over a curry at the local restaurant and we were thinking of making it 3 weeks next year and perhaps getting off to one of the other islands for a week. Please thank all your marvelous staff for us. I don't know where you find them all but they are brilliant from the cleaners to the restaurant staff. They all made us very, very at home.

Indeed, we had a safe trip back home, and after one or two days of sleep and getting the jetlag under control, we would actually start it all over again. We really enjoyed every single minute, in True Blue or elsewhere on Grenada and Carriacou. As soon as I will have my pictures ready, I might select a few and mail them to you (just in case you don't have already thousands of pictures from all the other tourists staying at True Blue before us...). Thanks again for everything, especially for your good mood and the good job you do.

We very much enjoyed our stay at True Blue Bay and particularly our Bay View room with its view across the bay. Our stay was also made so enjoyable by all the people who looked after us while we were with you, including you and all the girls on the Front Desk, Randy and Kisha in the restaurant and Cheryl who looked after our room.
Please thank everyone at the Resort who helped us to enjoy our stay and return our First Aid kit to us. I cannot believe many hotels would have been as helpful as you were in looking after us. Thank you again and we would certainly recommend True Blue Bay to anyone coming to Grenada. We look forward to seeing you again when we next visit Grenada.

What can I say. Our stay at True Blue Bay Resort was incredible. Beginning with our very warm greeting by Amanda. As a matter of fact, I cannot say enough about Amanda. She was the icing on the cake. She anticipated our needs and made our brief stay absolutely wonderful. We were so grateful that she had the foresight to order a light dinner for us on the night of our arrival. We got there after the restaurant kitchen had closed and we were famished. I can tell you, those were the best cheese sandwiches we ever ate!
Our accommodations were beautiful and so comfortable. It was very hard to leave and I can't wait to come back.

Our stay at True Blue Bay were indeed exceeded, we could not have found a better place to stay. We had two marvelous weeks in Grenada and enjoyed every minute, much thanks to you guys of course, but mostly because of the wonderful people of Grenada. Everywhere we went people where very nice, happy and helpful. And we traveled all over the Island (and Carriacou as well). Hopefully we will come back someday.

My first trip to Grenada was a marvelous success. Choosing to stay at True Blue was one of the major reasons for our delightful stay. In particular I would like to single out Binta as the most engaging, welcoming and helpful hotel staff person I have ever met. From her personal greeting, to her selection of Dave as a tour guide, to the numerous times I asked her for help and she happily responded, I could not have felt more valued! Thank you. Two other staff people went out of their way to make our stay fun: Akim and Jennifer (in the Dodgy Dock). My thanks and appreciation to them! Since my daughter is attending SGU we will be visiting Grenada a few times a year. Many factors will enter into our decision on where to stay. When we want to be close to her, True Blue will be are only choice. The rooms were clean, the view divine and I felt comfortable at True Blue. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at True Blue.
