The Resort staff was charming, accommodating, and professional. It didn't matter whether we wanted to make dinner reservations, go to the beach, make a spa appointment, or schedule scenic tours- the staff always assisted us with a smile on their face and a helpful attitude. The dock to meet up for diving was also incredibly accessible from our rooms. Overall, this was an absolutely wonderful trip and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! I can't wait to return to Grenada and True Blue Bay Boutique Resort :)

Staying at True Bay Resort was like "home away from home". The staff on the front desk were very helpful and sort everything out for me and my family, especially Devenne and Brant for going the extra mile.
The Vibe Bar every evening from 6-7 pm with free cocktails and chocolates, giving us an opportunity to feedback to staff and meeting other guests in the hotel.
You don't need to leave the Resort because there are activities during the day and night such Street Foods, Barbecue, Beer, Wings and Pizza evening with live music everynight.
The breakfast buffet is delicious with lots of options, but my favourite bakes and salt fish souse and local herbal tea and juices. Very friendly staff and excellent service at the breakfast.
Thanks to house keeping staff for their diligence and hard work cleaning and maintenance of our room daily, especially Rhonda and the others for warm and wonderful smiles every day.
I will come again and recommend friends and family to stay at True Blue Bay Resort.

Amazing family-friendly resort. My family and I were there for 8 days, with 3 adults and 2 children. As luck would have it, we arrived a couple of days before Hurricane Beryl. That meant that we did not get to spend the time on the beach or touring the island. We spent over half of our time at the resort. However, we felt very safe and well taken care of. The staff kept us abreast every step of the way, there was a WhatsApp group with frequent updates as well as daily briefings from the management. As a result, there were no surprises. They ensured that all the guests were in the safer villas and rooms. That meant moving a significant portion of us from waterfront rooms but they did this quite efficiently. In addition, ensured that we had lots of food, water, and supplies for the time that we would be under the hurricane. The staff went above and beyond, the ones who stayed on site did a great job ensuring that we were well taken care of. In fact, after the hurricane had passed, my son wanted ice cream, he fell in love with the nutmeg ice cream and they ensured that he got some every night, including that first night after the hurricane had passed. They were very responsive to requests whether it was a shuttle to the beach or to go into the capital. There was a street food night and that had lots of tasty local dishes to sample. In addition, they had local dishes on the menu on a daily basis which is always a plus.
The downside as mentioned in other posts, they are not on the beach so you have to reserve or request a shuttle to go to the beach. Other than that it was a wonderful stay in spite of the hurricane. Lots of smiles, friendly staff, and the feeling of being at home. I would highly recommend this resort and would return there again.

Our family returned less than 5 months after our first visit and we loved it... again!
Last time we stayed in the Waterfront Suites, this time we stayed in the True Blue Villas, which fit our large family of two 10 year olds and one 6 year old.

We requested a rollaway bed a day prior and it was neatly placed in the villa on our arrival. The children stayed in one bedroom which had an ensuite, and a TV which they loved. It had multiple outlets, including 110v (American) which worked for our family as we all have 110v devices.

My husband and I had the king room which too was an ensuite, with a TV. It was spacious and very comfortable.

The children enjoyed spending time upstairs in the living room and loved their cheeky midnight plunge pool soaks.

The property has 4 pools which we all enjoyed, watersports (Kayaking), the beach pool was the best! The children probably went down 8,000 times. We spent most of our days by the pool beach bar.

Sky was hilarious and his personality was amazing. He encouraged guests to meet and chat. Another amazing staff member was Nick. Nick was a blast, amazing personality and knows what his guests wanted (remembering our orders was an ease for him). There was also another bartender who was originally from Trinidad and Tobago and was a gem!

The restaurant staff was very kind. There was one pregnant lady who was working as though she wasnt carrying a baby! In general they were all very pleasant.

One of the members at breakfast need serious training, other than that it was a lovely experience to wake up on the water with a buffet.

The wait times improved TREMENDOUSLY, however it is clear the staff is overworked. Not because of their demeanor, but because there were some days we saw the same server for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She never broke a smile.

We realized day passes and staycations are a big money generator for the hotel, but at the same time, guests should still be prioritized. Many would come to the pool beach and stake out on the cabanas for their full day stay. Others crowding the slide area, and some teenagers were too big to be using the slide safely.

Overall, we will be back... AGAIN!

I enjoyed the genuine hospitality from the staff, the food, and the evening entertainment from True Blue Bay Resort. I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin (General Manager), Alisha (Concierge), and different staff members from Reception, the Rum Shop Bar, and the Meet & Greet reception. The property is very charming with a boutique, multiple pools, a turtle viewing section, and a House of Chocolate shop on premises.
